Ravn is a digital product development agency that partners with companies to build exceptional software. We specialize in building and designing world-class mobile and web applications and seek exceptional engineers to join our company.
At Ravn, we deliver high-quality software at speed. Achieving this consistently requires engineers who are passionate about building reliable systems and embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle.
We are seeking a person to run our internal IT end to end, and to make it better as they go. Keep our laptops, accounts, and offices working, secure, and easy to use. You will work mostly on your own and own problems to done.
As an IT Administrator, you will play a key role in strengthening our operations executing the processes to ensure seamless integration of our new team members with their hardware and software and also making sure we're safe from any threats.
What you'll do
Improve and standardize how we deploy and hand out MacBooks and Windows machines. Make setup fast, consistent, and repeatable.
Manage our Apple fleet in Mosyle and a small Windows fleet in NinjaOne. Keep every machine enrolled, updated, encrypted, patched, and reporting in.
Make sure employees are working on Ravn-managed devices, not personal computers. Spot unmanaged machines and get people onto proper, secure hardware.
Run our Google Workspace: users, groups, and security settings.
Own onboarding and offboarding, and run regular access reviews. Set up accounts and hardware cleanly, shut them down cleanly, and check that people only have the access they should.
Keep our office network and WiFi healthy, and troubleshoot when something drops.
Be the first point of help for staff. Answer day-to-day IT questions, fix what you can, escalate what you can't.
Troubleshoot devices remotely. Find out why a machine stopped checking in, isn't updating, or isn't running antivirus, and fix it.
Open support tickets with vendors and push them to completion.
Keep our device and access controls ready for our yearly SOC 2 review. You will learn the SOC 2 side on the job, with support and AI tools.
