01 — Challenge

The Challenge.

During a period of continued growth, Xeal planned for a leadership transition across its mobile engineering teams. With key iOS and Android engineers preparing for extended leave, the company sought a partner who could help ensure continuity across a sophisticated, hardware-integrated mobile ecosystem.

The Challenge.

02 — Solution

The Solution.

Ravn embedded one senior engineer per platform ahead of the transition to create structured onboarding runway. The focus was system-level mastery: mapping the critical system flows that enable reliable charging, validating local data integrity, and ensuring seamless coordination between devices, applications, and cloud services.

The Solution.

03 — Outcome

The Outcome.

Platform ownership transferred without disruption to live EV charging operations. Charging sessions continued to operate reliably in real-world environments, release cycles remained on track, and production stability was preserved. BLE communication, offline charging logic, and synchronization flows remained reliable under real-world constraints.

In their words

"The team stepped in quickly, built deep system understanding, and assumed ownership without disrupting live operations."
